Summary: InvoicePro is an offline-first application. All your invoices, client details, financial totals, and signatures are stored strictly on your local device. We do not transmit, sell, or collect your personal or financial data on external servers.

1. Information We Process

InvoicePro enables you to create and export invoices on your mobile device. In doing so, the application processes:

Business Information: Company name, address, email, phone number, and tax identification numbers entered by you.
Client Information: Client contact details and billing addresses entered into your local directory.
Transaction Data: Invoice numbers, line item descriptions, rates, quantities, taxes, discounts, and payment notes.
Digital Signatures: Signature strokes entered on the canvas to sign invoices.

2. Data Storage & Security

All data created within InvoicePro is saved locally on your device's private sandbox storage using Android secure local preferences. No data is synchronized or uploaded to any third-party cloud servers. You retain 100% ownership and control over your financial records.

3. PDF Export and Sharing

When you choose to export or share an invoice PDF (e.g., via WhatsApp, Email, or Google Drive), the PDF file is generated locally on your device and handed off to your device's native system sharing intent. No intermediary server processes or reads your PDF document.

4. In-App Purchases & Payments

If you purchase InvoicePro Premium, payments and subscriptions are processed directly and securely by Google Play Billing. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card, debit card, UPI, or banking information. All transactions adhere to Google Play's Privacy Policy and Security Standards.

5. Third-Party Services & Advertising

For users on the free tier, InvoicePro uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may process non-sensitive device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) and general device telemetry to deliver relevant, fraud-free ad experiences in compliance with Google's Privacy & Terms. Users who upgrade to InvoicePro Premium enjoy a 100% ad-free experience, with all ad requests disabled.

6. Permissions Requested

Storage / Media: Required only when you explicitly choose to export and save a generated PDF document to your device's file system.

7. Children's Privacy

InvoicePro is designed for professionals, freelancers, and small business operators. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
