Privacy Policy for KineticFit Pro

Privacy Guarantee: KineticFit Pro operates on an offline-first architecture. All your workout records, routines, calories burned, streak data, and personal weight/height entries are stored strictly on your local device. We do not operate remote user accounts, sync fitness logs to cloud databases, or sell personal metrics.

1. Information We Process Locally

KineticFit Pro processes fitness data entirely on your device using a local SQLite Room database:

Workout History: Completed workout session titles, durations, calories burned, completion timestamps, and post-workout feeling scores.
Custom Routines: Exercise selections, customized step sequences, and rest intervals configured by you in the Routine Builder.
Weight & Height Tracking: Weight logs and height entered into the Weight Tracker, used strictly on-device to calculate BMI trends.
User Preferences: Audio cue toggles, vibration preferences, and selected interface themes.

2. 100% On-Device Data Storage

All fitness metrics and biometrics remain isolated in your application's private internal storage sandbox. They are never transmitted to any external server or backend operated by KineticFit Pro.

3. Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

To keep core training routines free and accessible, KineticFit Pro integrates the official Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to display non-intrusive banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads.

Google AdMob may collect and process pseudonymous identifiers in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, including:

Google Advertising ID (GAID / AD_ID)
Approximate IP address (country or city level)
App interaction metrics and ad diagnostic logs

4. Device Permissions

VIBRATE: Used solely to provide haptic feedback during countdown ticks and interval transitions.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Optional permission used solely to deliver scheduled local workout reminders if configured by the user.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Keeps the exercise timer and audio cues running continuously while your phone screen is active during workouts.

5. Data Retention, Control, and Deletion

Because all personal workout logs and weight records are stored locally on your device, you have complete ownership and control over your information:

Export: You can export your workout history to a standard CSV file anytime via the Analytics screen.
Deletion: You can permanently erase all stored data by going to Android Settings > Apps > KineticFit Pro > Storage > Clear Storage / Clear Data, or by uninstalling the application.

6. Children's Privacy

KineticFit Pro is suitable for general audiences (PEGI 3 / Everyone) and does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly to this URL with an updated "Last Updated" date.
